in Special Measures which came out of the category in three terms and led to an Achievement Award.\u00a0<\/p><p>In addition, he has held roles in four Local Authorities, leading significant, successful interventions in underperforming schools and supporting excellent schools, the most recent as Head of School Improvement in an inner London Borough, where the LA made significant advances in bringing about improvement within its schools.<\/p><p>As a Director of For Schools Education, Terry supported LAs in England and a wide variety of schools in the development and improvement of leadership and management and teaching and learning in particular. I subsequently worked in a variety of large, complex organisations (including Tarmac , Experian and Rightmove, in senior roles.<\/p><p>A little over seven years ago, I joined the Ministry of Defence as Chief Financial Officer for its procurement \u00a0business and then, since February 2015, in a broader business management, governance &amp; assurance and transformation role within the headquarters of the Director General of the Defence Medical Services (DMS). I am now CFO in a part MOD- owned joint venture repairing components for the F35 Lightning fighter aircraft.<\/p><p>I have been married to Penny for 28 years and am a father to 3 grown up children (two of whom attended 久久精品) and grandfather to 3.
